Aviacomm was founded in 2009 by a group of wireless experts focused on solving the last remaining barrier to cognitive radio solutions – the next generation of RFIC.  While baseband modems have made impressive progress in support of multiple protocols, varying channels sizes and advanced signal processing the RF portion of wireless devices have not kept pace. With Aviacomm’s AgileRF technology, gone are the restrictions of yesterday’s RFIC with limited spectral coverage and restricted channelization. Introducing the ARF1010EX, this single CMOS RFIC covers from 300MHz to 2.85GHz, and channels sizes from 0.5MHz to 40MHz wide enabling this single RF solution to support multiple technologies up and down the frequency spectrum.
